Whether you need to give feedback to a direct report, manage up to your own supervisor, or even share feedback with coworkers, this workshop will guide you thru a series of practical, hands-on tools and skills to help you navigate the tricky feelings of giving feedback to others at work. This workshop will be facilitated by Allan Bogan, a professional with 25+ years of non-profit leadership and management experience. Allan is an expert in staff supervision and implementing the (SBI) model of feedback. He completed the Center for Creative Leadership Program, is certified in the Leadership Development Program and a Charmm’d Foundation – Advisory Board member, Peer Advisory Group mentor and facilitator.
